Amplifiers

As leaders in our field, we manufacture and supply a wide range of biological amplifiers. These are designed for use in biomedical research and clinical environments. Our research amplifiers are suitable for intracellular/extracellular recording, multi-channel recording and transducer monitoring. We also have a range of isolated amplifiers, some medically approved, for human EMG, EEG and EP recording.

These are all high-specification, quality devices – yet they’re still available for a competitive price. Whatever the nature of your latest research study, we’re confident we have the ideal amplifier to meet your needs. So, why not take a look through our full collection?

Further information on each device can be found in our product brochure. But if you have any questions, or need help choosing the ideal amplifier, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Digitimer is a leading designer and manufacturer of scientific devices, particularly for use in biomedical research. In fact, our amplifiers are now used in studies all over the world.

Since our establishment, we’ve honed our skills in this area and developed a series of cutting-edge biological and isolated amplifiers, which fully meet the needs of specific users. Nevertheless, we still like to push ourselves. Working in collaboration with universities and hospitals, we’re committed to product development and continuously strive to create new, innovative products for our clients.

One of our latest developments includes the D360R multi-channel isolated research amplifier. This is based on our 8-channel D360 isolated patient amplifier, but is the 4-channel research equivalent: compact, cost-effective, yet highly specified and designed for use in EMG, EEG and EP recording.

All products in our amplifier range are CE certified. They’re available for a very competitive price and, as a team of specialists, we like to offer our clients an excellent pre- and post-sales service.

Whilst many of our amplifiers are designed to be ‘general purpose’, each one has features that make it more suitable for a particular type of recording – and it’s worth taking this into consideration when placing your order.

Detailed information can be found under each product listing and in our product brochure. Our NeuroLog System amplifier modules and SPP-100 Extracellular Amplifier are intended for a range of in vitro and animal research applications. For our amplifiers intended for human use, we have a blog that focuses specifically on how to select an appropriate isolated amplifier.

These resources should help you to narrow down the options and identify the most appropriate device. But if you’re still unsure, please feel free to give us a call. Once we know a bit more about the intended application and requirements of your research, our in-house experts can guide you through the selection process and advise on the most suitable amplifier for your needs.

This varies depending on the type of amplifier that you require.

The manufacturer’s Net List Price for each device is displayed below. But it’s important to be aware, this excludes UK VAT and shipping costs. And if you live outside of the UK, the price you pay for a particular amplifier will depend on how Digitimer Ltd is represented and supported in your country.

In most cases, the best option is to submit a request for a quote. Just add the amplifier to your ‘quote list’ and provide a few details, including how you intend to use it. We’ll respond as soon as possible with application-specific advice and a tailored quote for your needs.

Alternatively, you’re welcome to call us at any time. We’re always happy to help and will gladly talk you through the biological and isolated amplifiers available and their associated costs.
